With a lifelong passion for childcare and education, Diana has dedicated her career to creating nurturing environments where children can thrive. As the oldest of five, her caretaker instincts developed early, leading her to work as a nanny for four years with multiple families.

 

She later pursued a background in early childhood education, becoming an Early Childhood Education Specialist and working with nonprofit organizations to support children who have experienced trauma.

In addition to her professional experience, Diana has served in children's ministry for over a decade, specializing in infant and toddler education. She currently leads as the Children's Ministry Director, further deepening her commitment to fostering growth, learning, and emotional well-being in young children.

​

As a mother of three, Diana has also embraced homeschooling, guiding her children from preschool through fifth grade. This firsthand experience gives her a unique perspective on early education, equipping her to create a learning environment that is both structured and nurturing.

 

Diana founded Arrows Academy with the vision of providing a safe, enriching space where children can develop confidence, creativity, and a love for learning. Her hands-on experience and deep understanding of early childhood development ensure that every child at Arrows Academy is cared for with excellence and intentionality.

With over 20 years of experience in education and youth advocacy, Abraham has dedicated his life to mentoring and supporting young people.

 

His career spans from working in elementary and high schools to serving as a youth advocate for two nonprofit organizations. His passion for guiding and empowering the next generation also led him to serve as a youth pastor for five years.

Now a father of three and the senior pastor of a local church in Southwest Portland, Abraham continues to pour into the lives of young people, equipping them with the tools they need to grow and succeed.

 

At Arrows Academy, he plays a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining a safe and organized environment, and supporting the academy’s mission to nurture and educate children with excellence.

Stephanie has a deep love for children and a natural gift for caregiving. As Diana’s sister, she has always embraced a nurturing role within her family. When her niece and nephew needed care, she stepped in wholeheartedly, providing them with stability, love, and guidance. In addition to helping Diana care for her three children, she has continued to pour her heart into caring for little ones, making her a perfect fit for Arrows Academy as the Infant Care Specialist.

Her passion for children is evident in the way she lovingly tends to the little ones in her care, creating a safe and comforting environment for them to thrive. Beyond her work at Arrows Academy, Stephanie is also a talented musician and leads worship at her church, where her angelic voice inspires many.

​

Though young, Stephanie brings immense dedication, warmth, and wisdom to her role. She is excited to be part of the Arrows Academy family and looks forward to caring for and supporting your little ones each day.
